Our Ultra Violet (UV) products are designed to operate within the UV wavelength range, spanning from 200 nm to 400 nm. Light from the UV wavelength range is invisible to the human eye, but with our sensitive UV imaging sensor users can capture and visualize phenomena that generate UV radiation, giving them new opportunities and insights. UV imaging has a broad range of applications across multiple industries from scientific to industrial that include corona discharge, electrical arc detection, power grid maintenance, environmental UV monitoring and fluorescence microscopy.
Photonis is proud to offer UV intensified cameras, combining our long-time expertise in Image Intensifier tubes with state-of-the-art camera technology. Thanks to the ultra-high sensitivity of this combination, our UV cameras are able to detect and visualize any signal from deep UV to red or only in the deep UV in case of our special solar blind option.
