PHOTONIS Nuclear Instrumentation adds a member to its successfull neutron detector CPNB familly: CPNB84. This new neutron detector combines the traditional benefits of boron-lined proportional counters such as high Gamma immunity and long term reliable operation without the drawback of low sensitivity. CPNB84 offers a neutron sensitivity of 50 cps/nv comparable with BF3 and He3 counters!
